Axem Création a été créé en 1999 par Gilles du Plessis.
Travaillant d’abord comme sous-traitant exclusif pour le Cabinet Constantin Costoulas et depuis 2004 directement auprès d’une nouvelle clientèle.
Nous sommes une petite structure, réactive et rompue aux exigences des maitres d’ouvrages.
Axem Création intervient essentiellement dans le domaine de l’architecture commerciale, pour des enseignes à succursales et affiliés mais aussi pour des opérations uniques, de la phase APS à la réception du magasin en passant par toutes les autres étapes, dépôt de dossier, appels d’offres, marchés, relations avec les bureaux d’étude, syndics et centre commerciaux.
Nous mettons en place le déploiement de concept existant, participons à la mise au point technique et l’organisation.
Nous créons aussi les cahiers de détails et les faisons parfois évoluer.
Axem Création travaille aussi dans d’autres secteurs de l’architecture intérieure : particuliers ; tertiaires ; habitat, en conception, dépôt de dossiers, organisation et suivi de chantiers.

First of all working as an exclusive subcontractor for Constantin Costoulas and since 2004 directly with a new customer base.
We are a small structure, reactive and familiar with the demands of the owners.
Axem Creation is mainly involved in the field of commercial architecture, for brands and affiliate dissigns but also for unique operations, from the preliminary design part to the reception of the store through all the other stages, deposit of tenders, contracts, relationships with design offices, trustees and shopping centres.
We implement the deployment of existing concept, participate in technical development and organization. We also create the detail edits and sometimes evolve them.
Axem Creation also works in other areas of interior design: individuals; tertiary services; housing, design, file filing, organization and construction site supervision.
